Social Art Director Goldbergh

Location: Amsterdam
Contract: 32–40 hours per week

We are looking for a Senior Social Art Director with a strong creative vision and a natural affinity for luxury sports and the refined lifestyle that comes with it. Someone who understands how brands live and grow on social platforms and can translate brand DNA into compelling digital-first and motion-first content.

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the visual direction of Goldbergh’s social presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube. You will develop creative concepts, design social-first assets and lead the creation of engaging motion and short-form content that strengthens brand desirability while driving performance across both organic and paid social channels.

You combine a strong graphic eye with a native understanding of social platforms, knowing how to craft visuals that capture attention while maintaining the premium aesthetic of the brand.

This is an opportunity to play a key creative role in shaping the digital expression of a premium brand rooted in luxury sports, winter destinations, and the elevated lifestyle that surrounds them.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the visual direction of Goldbergh’s social channels, ensuring a distinctive and consistent brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube
• Develop digital-first and motion-first content concepts, with approximately 70% of content focused on video, motion and short-form formats
• Create and oversee the production of social-first assets for both organic and paid social campaigns
• Translate brand campaigns into engaging social formats, optimized for reach, engagement and performance
• Design and develop high-quality graphic assets, animations and short-form video content aligned with the premium aesthetic of the brand
• Work in strong collaboration with the Campaign Art Director to translate campaign concepts into powerful and platform-relevant social content
• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager, Marketing team and E-commerce team to align creative output with campaign planning and performance goals
• Identify emerging social formats, trends and creative opportunities that keep the brand visually relevant and culturally connected
• Coordinate and direct content shoots, social productions and creator collaborations when required
• Balance brand storytelling, visual excellence and platform performance in all social content
• Act as guardian of the brand’s social visual language, continuously evolving it while maintaining consistency across channels

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Social Art Director, Digital Art Director or Creative Lead within a fashion, lifestyle or premium brand
• A strong graphic and digital portfolio demonstrating social-first design, motion and visual storytelling
• Clear understanding of social platform behaviour and visual formats, particularly Instagram and TikTok
• Experience creating motion, short-form video and performance-driven social content
• A strong creative point of view combined with excellent visual taste and brand sensitivity
• Affinity with luxury sports, premium lifestyle brands and destination-driven storytelling
• Strong skills in graphic design, typography, layout, composition and motion
• Ability to translate campaign concepts into high-performing social content formats
• Experience collaborating with content creators, production teams or influencers is a plus
• A hands-on creative mindset with the ability to move quickly, test ideas and iterate based on performance insights
