What warranty policy does Goldbergh offer?
At Goldbergh, exceptional quality and refined craftsmanship are at the heart of every product we create. You can see it in every stitch, every material, and every detail. Our products are designed not only to look beautiful but also to perform optimally under challenging conditions.
Products purchased through the Goldbergh online shop or from an authorized retailer come with a comprehensive warranty against material and manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product (the normal wearable lifespan).
If your item is defective due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it free of charge. If the original style is no longer available, we will offer an alternative of equal value and similar style.
What is considered normal wear and tear?
It is important to understand that no product lasts forever, even with careful use. Outdoor sports, particularly skiing, often expose clothing to harsh conditions. With frequent use in snow, cold, or rough terrain, wear and tear will occur more quickly.
Over time, you may notice fading of fabrics, fraying edges, or scratches – marks of your adventures. The effects of rocks, trees, and other elements also contribute to this natural aging process.
When assessing warranty claims, we consider the usage history and whether the condition of the product reflects normal wear and tear. When an item has reached the end of its natural lifespan through regular use, we are, of course, happy to help you find a suitable replacement product.
How to extend the lifespan of your item
Always refer to the care label inside the garment for proper washing instructions and explanations of the symbols. These indicate the best way to care for your garment.
Store your items in a dry, dark place to protect them from moisture and light, helping to preserve their quality and appearance for as long as possible.
What isn’t covered under warranty?
This limited warranty provides coverage for your Goldbergh products but comes with specific exclusions. It is important to note that this warranty does not cover issues or damage arising from the following circumstances:
Collisions, uncontrolled impacts, and/or crashes: Damage resulting from unforeseen accidents or harsh impacts outside normal wear and tear.
Misuse, abuse, neglect, negligence, or unauthorized alterations: Any damage caused by improper handling, lack of care, or modifications made without our approval.
Theft or loss: Unfortunately, stolen or lost items are not covered under this warranty.
What if I bought my item in a retail store?
For warranty claims on items purchased through one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly. They will coordinate with our business-to-business team to resolve your request.
