CRM Marketeer
Location: Amsterdam
Contract: 32-40 hours per weel
We are looking for a CRM Marketeer who thrives on building things from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape an entirely new CRM strategy and take full ownership of our recently implemented loyalty platform, LoyaltyLions. The foundation is in place but the canvas is wide open.
In this role, you will transform customer data into intelligent campaigns, automated journeys and personalised experiences that deepen brand loyalty and drive meaningful retention. You combine a sharp analytical mindset with a genuine feel for brand storytelling, ensuring every touchpoint feels considered, relevant and true to the Goldbergh identity.
You will own the full B2C customer lifecycle. This is a role for someone who finds equal energy in the technical and the creative, someone who builds with purpose and optimises with curiosity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and continuously optimise email campaigns, automations and customer journeys across the full
lifecycle. - Design professional email templates, banners and landing pages that reflect the premium aesthetic of the
brand. - Segment audiences based on behaviour, purchase history and lifecycle stage to deliver the right message at the right moment.
- Build and refine automated flows including post-purchase, win-back and replenishment with a focus on conversion, engagement and brand experience.
- Analyse campaign performance and translate data-driven insights into continuous improvements through structured A/B testing.
- Collaborate proactively with marketing, design, product, brand and e-commerce teams to ensure CRM activity is commercially smart, brand-aligned and customer-centric.
- Strengthen the CRM foundation across segmentation, onsite messaging, personal promotions and loyalty mechanics.
- Further develop and shape the Goldbergh loyalty programme in line with the brand's vision and growth
ambitions.
What You Bring
- A bachelor's level background in Marketing, Communications or Digital Media.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM or marketing automation.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Voyado or comparable tools, combined with the curiosity to quickly master new technology.
- A strong creative eye for email design and landing page composition, balanced with a rigorous, data-driven approach to optimisation.
- The ability to work independently and take ownership, while actively seeking collaboration across teams.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
- A hybrid profile: equally comfortable in the world of marketing automation and brand experience, with a genuine drive to keep developing in both.
- An affinity with ski, snowboarding or winter destinations is a plus, a passion for e-commerce and fashion is equally valued.
