    We are looking for a new colleague in customer support, with start date in September/October 2023.

    Our location is the World Fashion Centre in Amsterdam.

    As a Customer Support employee, you will be the point of contact and business card for our customers. It is your challenge to help them, give advice on our collection and ensure a flawless logistical service. You are part of our dynamic E-commerce team and have frequent contact with customers. You also work with two external warehouses, where fast communication and decision-making are the standard. Processing and assessing returns is an important part of your duties. 

    What we expect from you

    • Fluent command of both the Dutch and English languages, both oral and written. 
    • You are service-oriented and feel comfortable making extra efforts for our loyal customer base. 
    • As a fan of skiing and sports, you are the first point of contact and business card for our customers with the same affinity. 
    • You do not shy away from logistical challenges. 
    • Accuracy and commercial skills are among your strengths, and you are enthusiastic about the contact with (inter)national customers. 
    • You have strategic insight and your own vision of after sales & service. 
    • You have an affinity with digital systems and can quickly master new basic software. 
    • Work experience in fashion and/or customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement.

    What we offer you

    • A part-time position in the field of customer support & e-commerce. The schedule is flexible and can be arranged according to your needs. We aim for a working week of at least 24 to 32 hours.

    GOLDBERGH is op zoek naar enthousiaste verkoopmedewerkers voor onze shop-in-shops, omgeving Amsterdam, Den Haag, Rotterdam en Utrecht.

    Naast de verkoop help je mee met het inventariseren en aanvullen van de producten van Goldbergh.

    De werkdagen in de shop zijn flexibel in te delen per locatie, 7 dagen in de week.

    Wie ben jij?

    • Je hebt een positieve mindset.
    • Je bent flexibel.
    • Je bent klantgericht.
    • Je hebt een scherpe blik op de presentatie en het uiterlijk van de winkelvloer.
    • Minimaal 1 jaar verkoopervaring.
    • Je hebt affiniteit met mode/(winter)sport. 
    • Je bent bij voorkeur woonachtig in de omgeving van de shop en shop;
    • Amsterdam, Utrecht, Den Haag, Rotterdam.
