    Are you interested in a role within our E-commerce team?

    We are looking for an E-commerce assistant who can start in the short term. If you would like to take a behind-the-scenes look into the world of E-commerce, be involved in various departments, are willing to roll up your sleeves, and want to fully participate in our team, then this is the right place for you.

    No experience? No worries! This position is perfect for an eager student who is enthusiastic about getting started.


    If you prefer part-time work to combine with other exciting challenges, we encourage you to apply. In this role, you will have a fantastic opportunity to experience the world of online fashion brands up close.


    Your tasks

    • Support the webshops of fashion brands such as Goldbergh, Beaumont, Creenstone, and RESET.
    • Together with the E-commerce managers, prepare the webshops for the new season by placing product photos and texts. Don't worry, all necessary content will be provided; your task is to ensure that everything looks perfect.
    • Assist in adjusting the homepage and ensure that the best-selling products are highlighted on the website.
    • Actively contribute to the customer journey and ensure that the texts are clear so that customers can easily navigate the websites. Common sense is invaluable in this regard.
    • Within our team, work on resale and return analyses. Once you are ready, actively contribute to the performance of the webshop and ensure optimal inventory management.
    • During the holidays, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We work with an external warehouse that processes all packages. Your responsibility is to provide optimal customer service via our customer support channel, and if necessary, lend a hand.
    • You will be part of marketing meetings where you gain insight into the marketing strategy, ranging from influencer marketing to Google and paid social media advertising.

    As of January 2024, we are looking for a full-time e-commerce intern!

    Goldbergh Luxury Sports is the high-end fashion brand that is specialized in sophisticated ski and activewear. The passion for sports combined with a great sense of craftsmanship results in high quality designs with a perfect fit. 


    The Role

    As an e-commerce intern, you will be responsible for the content on the website, including product texts and images. Additionally, you will ensure that products go live at the right time.


    Your tasks

    • Learn how to manage a webshop, including preparing products and collections.
    • Learn how to optimize websites to generate more revenue, promote items, and enhance the customer experience.
    • Create reports and analyses on inventory, returns, or campaigns.
    • Process weekly restocks.
    • Assist in product shoots.
    • Maintain regular contact with various departments to ensure that all goals and deadlines related to the webshop are met.


    Requirements

    • You are proactive, independent, and have a positive mindset.
    • You are digitally oriented and customer-focused.
    • Attention to detail is important to you.
    • You have experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
    • You are a fashion, marketing or communications student. 
    • You have a good command of both the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
    • You have a passion for fashion and winter sports.

    : verkoopmedewerker (weekend) voor onze shop in shop in de Scheveningen, Zoetermeer, Den Haag en Rotterdam. 
    Soort contract: 5-24 uur per week
    Startdatum: Per direct
    Beschikbaarheid: Koopavond en in het weekend
