RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Extended Return Period for the Holiday Season

To accommodate the festive season, we’re extending our return policy!
For purchases made from December 1st to December 27th, the return period will be extended to 30 days, giving you more flexibility and peace of mind.

 

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and designer tags attached to them.

Please handle light-coloured clothes and accessories carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item.

 

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
We will only reimburse you if the return procedure is followed properly.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:

  1. To begin your return, click the button above. Log in using your order number and the email address associated with your order. You can find your order number on the order confirmation, typically starting with #.
  2. Specify the reason for returning each item. If you have received a damaged product, please contact us first at webshop@goldbergh.com.
  3. Choose a shipping option and generate your return label. You'll receive an email confirmation of your return registration. Inside this email, you will also find the return label.
  4. For orders made outside of the EU, please note that you will receive both the return label and the detailed invoice. Please affix both documents to the exterior of your parcel. The detailed invoice is essential for customs clearance.
  5. Transport your package to a local drop-off point for shipment. Keep proof of shipment until Goldbergh has processed your return.
  6. Once we receive your package, we'll promptly send a confirmation of receipt. Approved returns will be credited without delay. Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for refunds to appear in your account, as processing times can vary among payment providers.

 

We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service. However, you can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN SHIPMENT?

You will be notified by mail, once your return shipment has reached our warehouse. Our support team will process your refund within five business days. The item cost will be reimbursed to your original payment method.

If you need a new return form, please contact our customer service department.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we cannot exchange your order. If you need a different size, please place a new order via our website. We advise you to check the section ‘size and fit’ on the product page for size guidance. Do not hesitate to reach out to our support team for fit, style and size guidance. You can reach us by mail, phone and chat.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
